Profile of Victory

The female form of Victory stands to the north on the base of Major General John A. Logan's equestrian in the Circle named for him. Logan's monument is one of the most elaborate of the equestrians, with a massive pedestal guarded by the figures of War and Victory at each end. By Franklin Simmons and installed in 1901.
