One of two female figures on seahorses who flank the Roman sea god Neptune at the fountain in front of the main building of the Library of Congress. The bronze sculptures were created by Roland Hinton Perry, and the stone carved dolphins by Albert Weinert. The Court of Neptune Fountain was completed in 1898.
